DESCRIPTION:<p>The conference themes involve approaches, technologies and services in support of active and healthy aging. We invite care professionals, developers, suppliers and scientists to share ideas and results from developing and implementing solutions for prevention, rehabilitation, empowerment of and care for older adults.
