Research Area:
My current research focuses on the effects environmental chemicals, particularly mixtures of endocrine disrupting compunds, can have on development and health. With significant background in molecular and developmental biology, I am especially interested in unlocking the molecular mechanism underlying any biological changes and to what degree various compounds can affect normal development and tissue homeostasis. A better understanding of this interphase between the environment and human biology will ultimately aid towards establishing better parameters for human health.
