The Copenhagen Healthtech Solutions programme (CHS) aims to create healthtech innovation through the collaboration between small- and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) and researchers from DTU and KU SUND.
Innovation through 30+ SME / researcher collaborations
The CHS programme sets the stage for collaboration between leading researchers within healthcare and health technology and SMEs in the Capital Region of Denmark with the objective to develop new healthtech products or services.
For researchers
For participating researchers at DTU/KU SUND, the CHS programme offers
- The opportunity to work with SMEs to test or validate research models in a real life context
- Access to health data from clinical trials, intervention studies, etc.
- A chance to build a network with relevant SMEs
- Reimbursement of hours spent on the collaboration with SMEs (in the range of 200-250.000 DKK per collaboration)
For SMEs
The participating SMEs, the CHS programme offers
- Access to state-of-the-art research-based knowledge to assist the development of healthtech innovation
- User testing and feedback in relevant living labs or test environments in hospitals or municipalities
