The symposium on “Embedding Innovation in Healthcare”, organised by the Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences, University of Copenhagen, in collaboration with Deakin University, Australia was held May 22nd in Mærsk Tårnet. Digital Health and its impact on patient care issues and development were in focus during the symposium resulting in new insights and partnerships between Denmark and Australia. Participants included researchers, clinicians and stakeholders from various public and private institutions.
An additional event the following day, Health Innovation Workshop with presentation and discussion of 6 CACHET PhD projects. The PhD students, together with a group of participants rehearsed:
- What is your PhD about?
- Why is it important?
- Who cares (and benefits)?
The students then presented the three questions with one slide for all participants and received feedback.
